Capt. Van Hubbards Magic Fish'n Chum by Baitmasters is a super baitfish attractant. All you have to do is add a little water (fresh or salt) until you have a thick consistency and toss some out slowly to your desired spot to catch bait. It comes in a 1lb bag that is re-sealable. Works very well on grass flats to gather greenbacks and pinfish closer to you.
