OVERVIEW

Daiwa’s goal is always to set out to make the best, and we have with SOL AGS inshore rod series. We needed to make this rod series lighter, better casting, and more powerful than any inshore rod in the market. We incorporated SOL with the best features to complement its brilliant appearance.

Constructed with HVF graphite blank material and matching it up with Braiding X technology as well as X45 we incorporated immense strength and weight reduction while even adding better hoop strength for pulling on fish and more accurate casting. Adding to the amazing blank and rod technology we incorporated our AGS Guide carbon fiber guide train that provides more sensitivity and weight reduction than any guide ever built.

This rod series has 6 versatile inshore spinning lengths and actions with premium grade cork handles.

AGS GUIDES

Weighing a mere fraction of the weight of traditional guides (40% lighter than an equivalent sized titanium guide) AGS guides feature a solid carbon fiber frame construction that minimizes weight, improves casting distance and performance, and delivers faster rod speed, reduced rod vibration and angler fatigue, and greater rod sensitivity.

BRAIDING X

Daiwa’s latest carbon technology, Braiding X is a low resin, high strength, reduced weight, high density, carbon weave that creates a blank that has maximum density, yet is super light, sensitive, and highly responsive.

HVF NANOPLUS

Through the use of nano resin control technology in the blank construction process, Nanoplus allows for increased graphite density to be achieved within a graphite rod blank.

X45

Developed to eliminate blank twist and increase power, X45 features a Bias Wrap Construction, left/right 45 degree carbon weave within the blank. X45 radically improves rod strength and durability by eliminating twist and preventing the blank from losing its round form. The elimination of this twist allows for a lighter, stronger and more powerful and sensitive rod.
