Our #17HD rod has a line rating of 80lb to 130lb and 7' 6" in length.  As with all of our HD series rods, we take rod building to the extreme. This rod is ready to handle giant sharks, big goliath grouper, and that big rusty belly gag grouper you've been looking for. It comes standard with an aluminum gimble, an aluminum Pac Bay reel seat, HD Batson turbo guides, and an Aftco roller top.
