Description

The Mustad Ringed Demon® Offset Circle Hook features a smooth welded action ring, which is a safe anchor point for your line but also providing a live bait with more range of motion and help anglers increase the number of strikes. No wonder it is so popular among tournament fishermen. It features 3X strong wire and making it perfect to target giants. The distinct curved shape of the circle hook will, when the fish takes the baited hook and swallows it, ensure that the hook travels to the corner of the mouth or lip, resulting in fewer deep-hooked fish. The circle hook can be used for a whole range of applications from drifting with live bait for Tarpon or trolling for Marlin. When live baiting, always choose a hook size that matches the bait. Setting the hook is more of a firm tightening of the line, than an actual strike. The hook has a kirbed hook point for improved hookset. It is in other words, the ultimate Catch&Release hook. Use it to fish for a whole range of fresh and saltwater species, such as Wahoo, Marlin, Snapper, Roosterfish, Tarpon, Amberjack, Mahi Mahi/Dorado, Sailfish, Grouper, Skipjack, Catfish, Goliath Tigerfish, Nile Perch or Arapaima.
